Following this consultation your personal trainer will take some time to create an ideal 12 week programme that fits you and your lifestyle completely. You will then begin training. Your personal trainer will be with you every step of the way through the magic of technology, and we will be making regular catch up calls to ensure that you are on track. We genuinely feel that if you fail to meet your fitness goal we fail too, which is why we are so committed to ensuring you do not fail.
