Weight is one of the hardest things people find to keep consistent. Bouncing between starving and over indulging. Cutting carbs, then cutting fat, keto, intermittent fasting, weight watchers, slimming world. None of it's working because none of the above is sustainable. It doesn't fit into every day life, holidays, celebrations with family... A lot of what we do revolves around food and if there are certain foods off limit one day we will crack and we will BINGE the hell out of all of that food. Weight goes back up, probably more so than before, and we're back to square one. Extreme restriction leads to extreme craving!!

Our Weight loss coaching programme...

This is why we do not ask for the extreme. We do not restrict and we will not tell you what you can and can't eat. We leave what you eat in your own hands but offer advice around it. How to stay fuller for longer, what foods may help increase energy, increase your metabolism etc. We also give you a calorie target that will result in weight loss but at no point do we want you starving, or feeling super restricted. Because that isn't long term and we are all about consistency and the bigger picture.


Our 2 week weight loss free trial...

During this trial you will start to gain some awareness around what you are eating and how much you are moving. This is then analysed by us so we can offer advice and guidance after the first week based on your normal diet and activity levels.

The second week is all about trying to put those goals in practise... This trial gives you little insight into the essence of the programme and the coaches running it. You may even get your first loss just on the first two weeks...

The first step to losing weight is just becoming aware of what you are doing on a daily basis. The average person won't have a clue how many calories they are eating and burning and therefore can easily slip into an overspill so slowly the weight piles on and before you know it your clothes don't fit and your confidence has gone.
