Primal Fitness Class Ross On Wye

We are really pleased to announce that we have a finalised date for our Ross on Wye launch. On Sunday 4th April at 10:00 am we will be meeting next to the Wye opposite the skatepark. There is parking available at the skatepark.

What to expect?

Be prepared to be put through your paces by one of our Personal Trainers who have designed the perfect fitness class.

It will start with a warm up, and will then develop into a workout, it will end with some stretching.

The sessions can contain any form of training style from running, gymnastics, HIIT, athletics, primal movement.... The list is endless!!!

So be prepared for the unexpected.

The great thing is all of the movements and exercises are scalable so this class caters for all abilities. Whatever your fitness level or age this class will sit you.
