Top tips for getting more protein in your diet for weight loss!

Keeping your protein as high as possible can have a huge impact on weight loss. It can help boost your metabolism and keep you fuller for longer. Here are some top tips on making sure your protein levels are nice and high. 1. Try and start the day with protein. Eggs? Slip some protein shake into your morning smoothie? Full fat Greek yoghurt? Peanut butter? 2. Try and spread protein throughout the day... Each meal 20g of protein and a snack of protein too. 3. Try and change your focus of your meal to protein and work the carbs and fats around that. 4. Find a protein shake you like. (ISO-XP Chocolate dessert is the bees knees) 5. Replace crisps with nuts. Almonds, Cashews, Pistachio... are the best.

6. If you are a meat eater lets get creative... Try and replace your chicken fajitas with Bean fajitas or have a crack at bean burgers. Beans and lentils are a great source of protein.
