A weekend of healing and rejuvenating in a beautiful Grade I listed manor house. 

 

Treowen is an early 17th century house located in the open countryside of Wonastow with breathtaking views everywhere you look.

An unforgettable experience exploring the magnificent staircases, relaxing in front of the grand open fires, and venturing into the enchanted woodland.

Just a 10 minute drive from the local historic town of Monmouth.

2 nights of luxury in a historic mansion house with the use of fresh towels, bathrobes and toiletries for the duration of your stay

 

All your nutritious meals and snacks cooked using local, organic and seasonal produce where possible

 

Multiple different classes to invigorate you and help reconnect your body and mind:

Including: Mindfulness workshop from clinical psychologist, daily yoga, daily movement, woodland walks and cooking workshops. All is optional and you can even supplement your experience further with add ons such as, one to one personal Training or Therapeutic/Sports Massage.

 

Our aim is that you will be able to find space, to clear the mind and focus on yourself
so that you may return home and live a freer existence.

The Team

Emma: Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Moga instructor. 
Enthusiastic about motivating others to use movement as a way of experiencing peace. She is passionate about exercise being a necessity for mental and physical wellbeing instead of using it as self punishment. Her aim is to spread positivity and meet new friendly faces along the way.

Special Guest: Helen Penny, Clinical Psychologist running Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Workshop

Liam: Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist. 
Passionate about using functional movement to treat pain and improve athletic performance. He loves nothing more than tearing around in nature, showing people how to move freely amongst natural obstacles.

Emily: Nutritional cook 
Emily will be taking care of our tummies with delicious, warming organic food to nourish our bodies through the Winter. Passionate about food and fascinated by the human body, she has been exploring the nutritional food world for 8 years and is currently studying Nutritional Therapy. 

Her recipes with be filled with immune boosting ingredients and are designed to support the bodies natural healing.
