Weekend Itinerary

         Friday evening:

  • Welcome health teas, explore around the house, time to settle in (arrival time to be confirmed)

  • Three course nutritious evening meal

  • Mindfulness session, gentle stretch and digestion yoga 

  • Cosy evening by the open fire


  • Morning Moga
    (A unique blend of energising Pilates and Yoga)

  • Nourishing, organic breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner

  • Mindful Woodland and Countryside walk

  • Free time to explore the countryside and space for private 1-1 sessions

  • Functional movement and animal flow work shop for all abilities 

  • Healthy energy balls and smoothies snacks throughout

  • Cooking workshop to learn how your meal is made and the nutritional benefits

  • Gentle evening yoga and relaxing by the open fires


  • Morning Moga and animal flow

  • Nourishing breakfast buffet, and final leaving delicious late lunch.

  • Self care workshop, teaching self massage

  • Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Workshop 

  • Healthy energy balls and smoothies

  • Free time to explore, wind down and private 1-1 sessions

  • Gentle Yoga and reflection before heading home after lunch  (time to be confirmed)
