The Investment Option with the highest returns

We all have commitments and we all make sacrifices, for our futures and for the futures of the ones we love. Bills, school fees, child care, mortgage and food on the table. Its a constant cycle but you are staying ahead, if only just, and you should be proud. It is important to put your hard earned money to work for you, banks offer ISAs and Investments portfolios which offer varying returns on your investment. These are all great and will ensure that your money increases in size over the years. But I have a better investment option to suggest. Its low risk, low cost but very high returns. Sounds appealing right? Its an investment in YOU.

Why should I invest in myself?

The short term returns of investing in You will be an increase in productivity and work output. By training your body and mind to be better YOU become an optimized version of yourself. The long term returns are that you will slow down the affects of aging, you will reduce your risk of mortality which combined together basically mean you increase your chances of living a longer happier life. Sounds pretty good right?

How to invest in myself?

You are an ambitious careers person, driving towards that next promotion or raise. You devote eight or more hours a day to this goal and I can’t fault you. But its time you started putting some more hours into you, and there are a number of ways you can do this.

1. Nutrition. Nutrition is the foundation of good health. Get this right and you are on to a good start. Eating right with a busy life is often difficult but a bit of organization and planning ahead will ensure you are eating three good quality nutritious meals each day.

2. Your Mind. Working everyday in high pressure situations can often take its toll on your mind and its important to give it a rest and switch off. A great way of doing this is through meditation. Take at least 20 minutes to be at peace each day. (We don’t recommend meditation “because its like so cool and edgy man”, we recommend it because it has many proven benefits.)

3. Exercise. Exercise ensures a complete connection between your body and mind (Your body + Your mind = YOU). It will help reduce the risk of a number of different diseases as well as keeping your brain sharp. Hiring a professional is a great way of ensuring you are doing the right thing and are making the most of your valuable time. (From £20 an hour of one to one Personal Training Primal Human Needs is an affordable and effective way of getting fit)

So there you have it. Investing in yourself is one of the smartest investment options out there. Though you will not receive a direct monetary return from your investment as you would with an ISA, Share or Bond you will receive a priceless commodity in return; Good Health.

I hope you enjoyed reading this. Stay tuned for more. If you are interested in any of the services we offer be that Boot Camps or Personal Training don’t hesitate to get in touch. Thanks for reading.
