As a woman who has been struggling with being overweight for so many years and finding commercial gyms extremely overwhelming and intimidating, I was a bit nervous to have my first personal training session at Primal. But have been very pleasantly surprised. Liam has put me at ease from the minute we have met and has been extremely motivational while being honest with what I needed to do to reach my fitness goals.

Personal Training Options

PT Session

One to One

These sessions will be designed to suit YOUR goals and abilities. For fixing injuries, losing weight, becoming your strongest self -the sessions will be diverse, engaging and enjoyable. 

£40 per hour

Couples

There's nothing more bonding than training with your partner. You can motivate each other so you are more likely to get quicker results and have better consistency. You can be at different levels and have different goals - we can easily accommodate this. 

£55 per hour
