Personal Training Options
One to One
These sessions will be designed to suit YOUR goals and abilities. For fixing injuries, losing weight, becoming your strongest self -the sessions will be diverse, engaging and enjoyable.
£40 per hour
There's nothing more bonding than training with your partner. You can motivate each other so you are more likely to get quicker results and have better consistency. You can be at different levels and have different goals - we can easily accommodate this.
