Habits Over Sessions

My job is to provide my clients with the instructions and information needed to optimise their health.

Although I feel a lot of responsibility for my clients, at the end of the day it is their decision what they do in their free time. I have come to a point in my career where I have realised that the hour or two a client spends with me per week has very little impact in the grand scheme of things. The true impact comes from the habits that client forms. For many clients they believe that if they pay me for 1 or 2 sessions per week that their health will be sorted. Unfortunately this simply isn't the case.
